Mailing cards are highly sought after because of their rarity. The overprint is accurate and clean and they were overprinted with only one type of overprint, made by the August Bartel printing house (Buchdruckerei August Bartel) in Rumburk.
The book “Die Postwerzeichnen des Sudetenlandes” contains a copy of the invoice of the printing firm Bartel in Rumburk dated 6 October 1938. Translated into English below.
